Measure your longest foot heel-to-toe in centimetres and add roughly 0.5 cm of movement room, then match that to our size chart. The chart lists internal length for every size, so you can check it directly rather than guessing from your usual number.
Yes for most people. The forefoot is noticeably wider than a conventional shoe while the heel stays snug, so if you are between sizes we suggest taking the larger one.
They are designed for exactly that — commuting, city walking, standing shifts and casual wear. If you are coming from heavily cushioned shoes, build up your wearing time over the first week or two.
